  2. Healthy heart – Even though your body has countless organs, it is your heart (a muscular organ) that should get the bulk of the attention. There is myriad of healthy heart information online, so take advantage of as much of it as you can. One aspect of the heart conversation is making sure you know CPR. Using all the tools the Internet has to offer for staying healthy doesn’t take a Master’s Degree.
